Our documentation services include, but are not limited to: • Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) • Construction Phase Plans (CPP) • Construction Traffic Management Plans (CTMP) • Task-specific and site-specific compliance documentation Regulatory & Statutory Compliance We support clients in meeting statutory obligations by coordinating with regulatory authorities and providing compliance guidance related to Building Control, Planning, and Conservation and Heritage requirements. Compliance & Standards Alignment PROCOM provides compliance services aligned with the principles of ISO management systems, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety). All construction-phase documentation is developed in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, supporting the duties of Clients, Principal Designers, Principal Contractors, and Contractors. Our processes promote risk identification, control measures, continual improvement, and clear communication to ensure compliance is demonstrable, auditable, and embedded within project delivery.
