All advice, drawings, specifications, and documentation provided by ProCom are prepared in accordance with current UK legislation, approved guidance, and recognised industry best practice at the time of issue. Compliance with legislation, standards, or guidance does not guarantee the granting of planning permission, building control approval, or any other statutory consent.
 
Planning permission and building control approval are determined by the relevant Local Planning Authority and Building Control Body, which may apply local policies, interpretations, or additional requirements that vary by geographical area.
 
The contractor responsible for carrying out the works must confirm with the appointed Building Control Inspector (Local Authority or Approved Inspector) that any specification, detail, or information provided is sufficient to meet the Building Regulations applicable to the specific site and location prior to and during construction.
 
ProCom accepts no responsibility for decisions made by statutory authorities, nor for works undertaken without confirmation or approval from the relevant inspector

Refund Policy – Summary

  • Consultancy services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Full refunds are available where cancellation occurs before work begins.

  • Partial refunds may be considered if services are cancelled part-way, based on work completed.

  • No refunds are issued for refusals or delays in planning permission or building control approval.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
