Service Description

Receive expert advice from a construction project manager and architect on design, planning, and regulatory compliance for your residential property projects. For this, as a stand alone service, there is a set fee based on having a site visit with an architect and project manager within a 30 mile radius of our offices for up to an hour. We can arrange for site visit outside of this area on request, as well as, the combination of professionals on site i.e, Project Manager, Architect, Structural engineer. The fee is paid in advance, however, should you move forward with a ProCom Package then a single site visit is included for residential packages meaning the fee will come off of you package price.
